Compliance & Anti-Spam
VetMail ESP maintains strict sending policies to protect our customers, our IP reputation, and the broader email ecosystem. ISPs and postmasters can trust that traffic from our network is clean.
Every sender on our platform agrees to a strict AUP. We prohibit purchased lists, scraped addresses, affiliate spam, and any deceptive sending practices. Violations result in immediate suspension.
All campaigns are validated against CAN-SPAM and CASL requirements before sending — including physical address, unsubscribe mechanisms, and opt-in verification.
We maintain active FBL partnerships with all major mailbox providers. Complaints are processed automatically and senders who exceed thresholds are flagged and reviewed.
Hard bounces are suppressed automatically. We require list cleaning before migration and monitor bounce rates, spam trap hits, and complaint ratios in real time.
No sender goes live without properly configured SPF, DKIM, and DMARC. We enforce p=quarantine or p=reject and provide tooling to get there.
